INCLINE VILLAGE, NV — August 8, 2025Ridgeline, the cloud-native platform built for investment management, announced today that Motley Fool Asset Management, an affiliate of The Motley Fool, LLC, has officially moved its operations to Ridgeline.

Motley Fool Asset Management, whose parent company is known for its purpose-driven mission of making the world smarter, happier, and richer, selected Ridgeline after a rigorous evaluation process. The firm worked with several providers over the years but remained in search of a comprehensive technology solution that was agile, secure, and efficient enough to meet their ambitious goals.

“Our previous solution wasn’t working for anybody,” said Madison Early, Director of Operations. “Updates to reports or compliance rules were frustrating. We looked at different platforms and felt Ridgeline was the one that could fit the direction we were headed. Reaching the decision was actually easy.”

“In addition to finding a solution that satisfied both investing and operations, the platform's cybersecurity and tech reviews easily got a passing grade,” said Tony Arsta, Chief Investment Officer.

While the technical and functional capabilities of the cloud-native, AI-enabled platform were compelling, it was the Ridgeline team’s expertise and hands-on partnership approach that made the biggest impression.

“The Ridgeline team really wanted to partner with us,” said Early. “That’s unique, a lot of the other players don’t care.” Their initial impression of the partnership carried through the due diligence and implementation process. “We’ve had a lot of implementations — this has been by far the best and the easiest.”

“The handoff from sales to implementation was the smoothest I’ve seen in a very long time,” said Arsta. "Implementation was seamless — not the strain I thought it would be.”

Now that the entire firm uses the front-to-back platform every day, Ridgeline’s automation capabilities enable it to scale and pursue its growth goals in new ways.

“As we can automate things and have Ridgeline take a lot of work off our plate, we have plans in the works to launch additional funds and new products,” Arsta added. “Without a platform like Ridgeline, the ability for us to do that would be severely limited just by our own internal resources.”

“Having one source of data and automated functionality will open up a lot of opportunities for us,” Early said.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Motley Fool Asset Management to the Ridgeline platform,” said Dave Blair, CEO of Ridgeline. "Their passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes aligns perfectly with our mission to build modern technology for the next generation of investment management. We’re proud to support their vision and growth.”

Motley Fool Asset Management joins a growing group of investment firms embracing Ridgeline’s modern technology platform, including NewSouth Capital Management, Congress Asset Management, and Clarkston Capital Partners. The partnership exemplifies Ridgeline’s commitment to enabling ambitious asset and wealth managers to modernize their operations and accelerate growth with the right tools and unified data.
